2. Payment Terms

• 50% payment is required before starting the project
• Remaining 50% is due after completion
• Work will begin only after initial payment is received

3. Delivery Timeline

• Delivery time depends on project complexity
• Timelines will be communicated before starting
• Delays may occur due to revisions or scope changes

4. Revisions Policy

• We offer reasonable revisions based on project scope
• Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may incur additional charges

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Approve work within reasonable time

6. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables become the client's property after full payment
• Genz Codes reserves the right to showcase work in portfolio unless agreed otherwise

7. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect damages
• Issues caused by third-party platforms

8. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse any project that:

• Is illegal
• Violates ethical standards
• Is outside our expertise

9. Termination

We may terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not completed
